There were 558 students enrolled in North Mahaska Comm School District schools in the 2023-24 school year, 4.3% less than the previous year, according to the Iowa Department of Education.

Of all students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 52.5% were boys, and 47.5% were girls.
