East Central Iowa News

Of the 5,067 people living in Iowa Falls in 2020, 47.7 percent (2,417) were women and 52.3 percent (2,650) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Iowa News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 145. In the 65 and over age range, there were 656 females and 533 males.
