Of the 957 people living in North English in 2020, 57.6 percent (551) were women and 42.4 percent (406) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Iowa News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 31. In the 65 and over age range, there were 159 females and 78 males.
