Census Bureau: More men than women in State Center in 2020

Of the 1,839 people living in State Center in 2020, 49.5 percent (910) were women and 50.5 percent (929) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Iowa News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 28. In the 65 and over age range, there were 110 females and 113 males.
