This position provides office management and administrative support to the Fire Chief and the entire department. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between the department and the public; maintaining ambulance management including databases and billing; a variety of monthly reports, including payroll, warrants; manages the administrative function of the commercial business property inspection program and more.
