Saturday, April 12: Grinnell High School standout Cole Blackford’s college team loses to McKendree Bearcats

On Saturday, April 12, former Grinnell High School standout Cole Blackford’s current college team, the Upper Iowa Peacocks, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the McKendree Bearcats.

The game took place at Hypes Field. This was their second matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Peacocks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Hypes Field against McKendree Bearcats.
