Bring your yoga mat and join the professional yoga instructors Saturday morning, August 14th, for one hour of free outdoor yoga from 10:00-11:00am at Central Park. Yoga in the Park is designed for improving community health, energy, and relaxation. Families and all skill levels welcome. This Grinnell Parks & Rec event is sponsored by UnityPoint Health- Grinnell.
