Bird Launches Shared Electric Vehicle Service

Ride

City of Grinnell issued the following announcement.

Bird has launched a shared electric vehicle service throughout Grinnell. Those interested in using the electric vehicles should download the Bird app to find the closest Bird. The vehicles require a credit card for payment and all riders should be 18 years of age or older. The vehicles should not be ridden on sidewalks in the Central Business District or other areas that are signed as not allowing bicycles to be ridden on sidewalks.

Any complaints about how a Bird is parked or any other issues should be reported through the Bird app.
