The Library Board of Trustees is responsible for recommending and reviewing policies, rules, regulations, ordinances and budgets relating to the City of Oskaloosa Public Library. The Library Board of Trustees directs and controls all affairs of the library and its property on a day-to-day basis including the hiring of staff.
The duties of the Library Board of Trustees are included in Chapter 2.72 of the Municipal Code.
