Census Bureau reports Rose Hill population was 126 in 2019

Rose Hill had a population of 126 people in 2019, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Iowa News.

The median age was 53, with 42.1 percent of the total population being female and 57.9 percent male.

The state's total population in 2019 was 3,139,508.
