Of the 396 people living in Holiday Lake in 2019, 43.7 percent (173) were women and 56.3 percent (223) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Iowa News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 123-to-107. In the 65 and over age range, there were 53 females and 93 males.
