Census Bureau: More women than men in North English in 2019

Of the 1,087 people living in North English in 2019, 55.3 percent (601) were women and 44.7 percent (486) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Central Iowa News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 291-to-274. In the 65 and over age range, there were 153 females and 79 males.
